  front desk staff was wonderful- cheery, helpful, knowledgable- greeted us every morning as we came down for breakfast. rooms were clean- cleaners cheerful & smiling. breakfast was very good, good selection. breakfast workers were very efficient, responsive & helpful. elevators were fast. Shuttle to metro was great- even if the van got too ... what people say » full, the driver came right back for the remaing guests, a minimal wait. the whole staff was amazing- the hotels best asset! we were never left strand - Amanda was indeed very lovely, accommodative friendly ever ready to answer your questions and provide solution as soon as possible. She is indeed a treasure and asset to the management and staff of the hotel. Please promote her and increase her pay for her selfless sacrificial service. The rest other staff were good too. The driver manding the shuttle bus was good and dynamic, patient and carefully drove very well. Encourage him too.

  The location of the hotel is very good, it's close to the Rosslyn subway station about 8min walking. 15min walking distance to Georgetown via Key bridge, 20min walking to Theodore Roosevelt island. The price ($141, include tax) is much cheaper compared to the other hotels near subway stations. The cost of room includes a beautiful breakfast. We were only 3 blocks from the Metro which took us right into Washington DC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The indoor pool was a nice diversion for the kids. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Staff was excellent about addressing concerns immediately . For example, one day we were locked in our room. We called front desk and they sent someone immediately to open the door. By the time we finished our breakfast, a new lock had been installed. The shuttle service was great. Once we were at a metro station, it was very easy to get to anywhe... what people say » re in DC. The receptionist, Whitney, was very friendly and went out of her way to order us food the night we checked in. We checked in after 10 pm and - The rooms were really nice, good size. The beds were very comfortable. I like lots of pillows too. The room was very clean. I like having a sink in both the bathroom and outside it. Made cleaning up a snap.The staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt they were willing to above the call of duty, when something was requested. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. That was nice. Glad there were laundry facilities available. That was very helpful.

  The location was one of the best aspects. It was walking distance from a lot of excellent eateries. The hotel had a free shuttle to Pentagon City Metro station which connected with downtown D.C. The staff was outstanding and spent time orienting us with directions, attractions and gave excellent recommendations. Parking was easy, the wifi worked and there are good places to eat within very easy walking distance. If all you want from a hotel is a a comfortable room in a convenient location then this maths the bill very well.
