Spacious, modern and clean room in quiet setting. Had to leave early in the morning so we did not utilise the breakfast buffet. The hotel was however kind of enough to prepare a us a little "breakfast box" we could bring if we wanted. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good when it stayed fully stocked, the employees seemed very nice, the price when we booked 7 months in advance was great but when we added a room 4 months later the price wasn't so great. I ended up having to cancel that room a week before we arrived though and was treated very well with no added fees,

Check in was quick and easy.
It is right near an outlet mall if you enjoy shopping.
It is about 15 mins from the strip. So if you are looking to save some cash in Vegas, this would be a good hotel to stay at. You would just need to figure out transportation to and from everywhere (I had my own car).
The rooms were decent and the price was affordable

The layout of the one bedroom suite was well-thought with almost everything one might need to feel the comforts of home. There was even a washer/dryer in the suite. This hotel was fabulous from the minute we checked in 'til we left.
The staff was refined, kind and accommodating. When we returned to my
room the night of my birthday, I was surprised and "touched"
to find an amazing little chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten
birthday card! We had a beautiful view of The Luxor (the pyramid) and

Everything, everybody. Quiet, calm, luxuriously relaxing, yet few steps away from Las Vegas Life (the door to Mandalay!) I keep coming back every year, as an exhibitor at World of Concrete, and every single time I feel as a queen, as if I were the only guest. Congratulations!

When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys
and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water
the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as
well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We
enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone
was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson
One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one
breakfast.

Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!
