  We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I did enjoy the caring - A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I have no idea how she did it but she upgraded my room to a complimentary suite, all this because of an old war injury, and to top it off, a big thank you for m

  everything about bills is to our liking this is the second time we have stayed there the first time was for four weeks this time was for three weeks - We liked the location of Bills. The restaurant with the steak breakfast from early in the morning until 6am. The rooms were spacious and clean.

  The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The 2 Queen bed room was spacious; the beds were comfortable; and the shower pressure was strong in a good ... what people say » way. We also loved that the hotel provides FREE parking, and the proximity to the Strip via Monorail is so convenient. Thank you very much for an awes - Dated property. Smoking allowed in restaurant/casino/reception areas. Notified staff of two issues in room - water running in toilet and balky bathroom light switch - on second of three day stay. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.

  I was staying an extra night (Friday) at my own expense. (The three prior nights were paid for by my company for business.) The desk clerk arranged it so I could remain in the same room as the other three nights and not have to move my stuff and re-check in on Friday afternoon. Loved it! (I didn't even have to ask. She asked me if I'd like... what people say » to do that!) - Great room for the price, nice and roomy. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect. I love the fact that it is right off the strip. Parking was a breeze and you can walk right onto LV Blvd. I tried the jockey club later and it was a real pain to park and we had to walk 5 miles to the room it seemed like. Great place I highly recommend.

  My wife and I have found the Candlewood Suites a great chain. You will not be dissapointed with this Las Vegas Hotel. Ok it is not directly on the strip but its only 10 mins by foot which suited us. At night it was quite and it also has plenty of parking. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The well equipped kitchen was a god send ... what people say » as we wanted to cater for ourselves. - perfect for longer stay with family, amenities like kitchen in the room, free laundry and fitness (although needs some repairs)
