Roof bar is a sor - I was upgraded on arrival to a suite and a late check out the day I left. I had a very bad fall on my second day in Washington and the staff were excellent, helped me get cleaned up, find a clinic, and sent me fruit and a card to wish me a speedy recovery. I had room service a couple of nights and the food was amazing. The rooftop bar is lovely , very relaxing and staff very friendly.   letsbookhotel.com gave me the wrong address for the place -- 2000 North Street instead of n Street. Fortunately there isn't a North Street -- otherwise I would have been massively inconvenienced. AllCity (the managers) are not available by phone outside business hours -- I.E., when one arrives in dc with the wrong address. Also, the tv in the flat... what people say » didn't work and it took two days to get it fixed. - Very nice apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. The price-value was great, it was cheaper than a 5star hotel room. Even though the company said I couldn't leave my my luggage for a couple of hours after my check out, I had no problem, as this was a main concern.
