I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The 'cabine' was bigger than we expected. There was enough room to walk around and even to leave your luggage open. This is necessary as there was no cabinet to put your clothes etc.

Loved the hotel. Beds very comfortable and super idea that they move in or out to give more room. Room had everything we needed. I was there with my 23 year old daughter for a mother and daughter break and we found the hotel perfect for what we wanted. Clean, comfortable and close enough to everywhere.
