  Staff was great, very clean all areas, room was big and perfect size for both of us two tables for putting laptop, and good size to put clothes. Only one bus to go to Downtown and not far from Beverly mall and West Hollywood also one bus to go to Santa Monica beach even if it takes 30 min. - The staff was very friendly, polite and the cleaning... what people say » attendants were timely, attentive and consistent. If you want a modification, then just request it. They were happy to meet our needs. Great location and basic amenities for the price.

When we arrived, the place smelled lovely, fresh and clean, a welcome change from LA's horrible traffic-induced stink. Wireless worked flawlessly and was surprisingly fast as well.   The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the man in the little convenience shop - he was wonderful. The Hotel is not situated in the heart of Hollywood and is not the best area, but we found it safe and easy to catch public transport into Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Beach. - central location
