    My experience was pleasant here. Staff was friendly, room/bath comfortable and clean, good location in Little Italy near downtown/airport, nice lounge area indoor/outdoor, excellent value for money. - The staff was friendly, and helpful and there was a touch of community feel among the guest and the staff.     I absolutely loved this place. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The house is awesome and very clean. Great common room/tv room, free wifi throughout, two ipads in the lobby for free use as well; kitchen is nice too. Loved little touches like an outlet and shelf in every bunk. I think it took me like 15 minutes to walk - This hostel is absolutely amazing, and by far the best I've ever visited. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with helpful staff. It's located in Little Italy, which is a brief 15 minute walk from downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter. It's clean and has a very home feeling to it. Every day the hostel offers activities, both daytime and evening. Breakfast and dinner is complimentary. I was very comfortable here, and sad to leave when my stay was over. Will definitely stay here next time I visit
