The location was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming with the exception of first arrival, the valet's didn't seem too thrilled or overly enthusiastic as we weren't sure exactly what to do. The hotel was beautiful and spacious as were the rooms.

Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. The hotel is in a great location. It must be amazing to have a room with a view of the park. Sadly, I wasn't that lucky.

very helpful as well as friendly. Before we arrived we had questions
about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino,
reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in
answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at
night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you
could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room,
