I was expecting a nice, clean, modern budget freindly hotel. the rate was only 179 per night which is cheap by nyc standards no matter what part of the city you're in.   The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather. Area is great for shopping, there is always people even late at night time, there was nice coffee shop Gregory's... what people say » and coffee was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay here. - Reading the previous comments I was slightly cautious regarding this booking, but this apartment turned out to be extremely clean, friendly staff (Ray) who you may always contact, excellent location for sightseeing the whole city and perfect beds (also for tall people) and clean shower / toilet. Would rent here again on my next trip, amazing value for money.

Great value for money. - New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe.
