The staff are all so nice! When u are a guest at the Mave u are treated like royalty. Even my dog was treated like a princess! Plus the rooms are beautiful, modern & very clean. The beds are so comfy! If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.

This was a simple hotel but given that it's more or less the cheapest you can expect to pay for something decent in Manhattan, it's great value for money. The hotel is on walking distance of Times Square and offers a nice breakfast: good variety. Throughout the day free coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The fitness is relatively small but good, with new equipment (2 tredmills, 1 cross trainer, a bike and some weights). Although our room was almost next to the elevator, it didn't bother us. There are only 6 rooms per floor, which limits the traffic.

The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of good restaurants serving nice meals at interesting prices (Stella Maris, Il brigante, MarkJoseph steakhouse, Suteishi,...). During our stay we had a quiet room on the 5th floor. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would come back at any time and will definetely recommand the hotel
