  The room was pretty much what we saw on the internet, so pretty much what we expected. The courtyard and our balcony overlooking the the courtyard was really nice. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little we had was quite positive. We ate in the bistro the first night we arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the food ... what people say » quality and price. - We really liked the location because we were close enough to walk a short distance to Bourbon Street but we were far enough away from all of the loud music and party goers that we could sit peacefully on our balcony and enjoy the sun and fun from a distance.

  Staff was friendly! Loved the property. Terrence, the chef at the on-site restaurant went above & beyond for us at breakfast!! Loved the Southern hospitality!! - The staff was exceptional.   The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! Some of the best eateries in New Orleans where with in a easy 5 minute walk! The hotel is clean, looks beautiful, clean, and most of the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. We have decided we will stay here again on our next trip! - Night clerk (Eustice) was one of the most friendly & helpful clerks that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.
