  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so much better than I expected, better than most hotels I have stayed at in New York for less the half the price. It was great to be so close to Chelsea, East Village, West Village and Greenwich village. I will definately stay there again on my next visit! - Excellent. The host was really friendly and helpful, even driving in to NY late Friday evening when we locked us out, big thanks! We will book it again!

  The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather. Area is great for shopping, there is always people even late at night time, there was nice coffee shop Gregory's... what people say » and coffee was lovely. I really enjoyed my stay here. - Reading the previous comments I was slightly cautious regarding this booking, but this apartment turned out to be extremely clean, friendly staff (Ray) who you may always contact, excellent location for sightseeing the whole city and perfect beds (also for tall people) and clean shower / toilet. Would rent here again on my next trip, amazing value for money.

  The location is perfect. Pretty near of touristic sites, such as Time Square, Rockfeller Center, Empire State Building and others. Subway lines are pretty near also. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing in Manhattan.   Location is amazing, near Bryant Park, NY Public Library, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State, etc. Also, there're a lot of shopping spots, restaurants and a very convenient Deli next door (too expensive though). We stayed in the Studio Apartment, one flight of stairs, next to a nail salon. Not a big deal for us, the apartment was clean and quiet, pretty - This was a great apartment at an excellent location, only four blocks from Time Square. Nice and quit with a window against the back. A lot of equipment in the kitchen, it was possible to cook all the meals there. It was a nice deli right down on the corner. I will defintly recommend this apartment to anyone, and I will stay here next time I go to NY.
