Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate. Housekeeping was making their rounds as i checked in and were extremely helpful with extra towels and bathroom needs -

When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the
reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding
Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out
we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite
for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room
I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff
for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!
