  Great location, close to the Miracle Mile with lot's of restaurants and bars for fun night life. We had a nice room over-looking the pool. - very comfortable and great access to restaurants and shopping. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room service food is good.

  Excellent location; great location for restaurants; running trail; didn't need a car to get around; beautiful view from the room; fantastic marble floors - wel loved them - Beautiful property and we had a beautiful, comfortable, spacious room with a sitting room, kitchen, bedroom guest bathroom and lovely balcony.

  Very nice large rooms. Seems like an upscale apartment converted to a hotel. Bade in the bathroom, large king sized beds, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, appliances (toaster,microwave plates, glasses,ice maker on refrigerator) nice stylish living room area with couch, dining table and flat screen tv. Flat screen tv in the room wh... what people say » ich was connected to the bathroom and also had an entrance for guest. Balcony too - The hotel was spot on for us. It had large rooms with great views plus a warm swimming pool. It was in a quiet safe location with a 5 min walk to the shops and places to eat. It was only a 20 min drive to Miami South Beach with street parking.. Again spot on !

  Welcome - we were exhausted after delayed and diverted flights. They have us an upgrade overlooking lagoon and free wifi. Wifi was essential to let family and friends know we has arrived safely. The next day we were a little late in checking out because we had to sort out a hire car. But this did not cause a problem. We ordered full meals just bef... what people say » ore the 11pm deadline and everything was delivered within time and they took into accounts daughters need for gluten free. We were absolutely thrilled - The proximity to the Miami Airport, the lovely pool area, the excellent restaurant food and service, the public lounge areas, cocktail lounge, computer access, and the administrative staff. We were given a breakfast upgrade and a quieter room after being first given a room next to some young Ultra Fest "rockers" playing loud music and on day 2 a $50 dinner voucher when the maid service failed to make up our room while we were away. Very cordial accommodating and gracious staff.
