    The staff were really good and helpful. It felt secure with gated coded card access. It's not a 5 star hotel. It has dated decor has all the basics including free wifi. It looks like they are slowly renovating the hotel so I guess the room rates will go up but maybe not. San Francisco is an expensive city and hotel prices are in the high 300-400 p... what people say » er night. So if you want 4 or 5 star go pay those prices.     Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine.
