The staff were excellent at this hotel. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable. Free wifi, water and snacks on arrival and coffee is a nice touch and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

for the Boston Marathon. The staff went out of its way to make me and my
fellow runners welcome. Everything was really clean. The beds were
comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets for charging phones

We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
