  The night receptionist was particularly helpful both the evening before and early the following morning when we had to leave. The internet facility was excellent - usually a problem when travelling.   This Hostel was way more than I had expected ! Extremely spacious with various areas where you could relax and enjoy their free tea or coffee (a shame that their wonderful hot chocolate we had at breakfast wasn't working in this area ) They even provided free popcorn and cookies too! We were very impressed ! Their cooked breakfast was substantial... what people say » and you really couldn't have wanted for more. The garden was lovely. I certainly hadn't expected that for a Hostel.It was great having the use of the - The room was extremely affordable, allowing us to use what little money we had on exploring the city. The hostel is very close to a couple subway stations which was great for getting around. The rooms are small but suit your needs. The people working there were very polite, professional, and were willing to answer our millions of questions about attractions, restaurants, and directions.   Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also most helpful. - We were looking f... what people say » or a convenient place to stay one night near the airport and public transportation. It's a great location for that, and the shuttle bus to the Transit stations was terrific! The staff also let us check in early (10 am) so we didn't have to carry our luggage around for a few hours.
