The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were fantastic. You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are. The showers were brilliant too, so much pressure. The staff were very attentive.

Staff very helpful - we were given a free upgrade to a suite with whirlpool bath and double aspect - lovely. Would definitely look out for Drury hotel chain again.
