  Absolutely loved it there... the staff was awesome... rooms were gorgeous.... the breakfast variety was great... the location was perfect, close enough to the riverwalk... the Alamo.. Rivercenter mall... The hotel was just perfect. The prices for this hotel were shocking to me, I figured the pictures looked nice on the website but was sure it woul... what people say » d be that way when we got there.... and when we did arrive ... it was even better... I loved that the hotel is affordable to stay ay..and It is one of - The young man at the front desk was wonderful, I believe his name tag said Eric Rodriguez. We had many questions about San Antonio and wanted to make sure we went to children friendly places. He was a wonderful help, and very, very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the microwave and refrigerator in the room worked out wonderfully for the little ones. We were there for two days, it was wonderful. I will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio!

  Renovations were done recently and looked great. The room was great and clean with the wood looking floors, no carpet. Beds were comfortable. We had 2 rooms. I left items behind that we had just purchased at mall, contacted them and they mailed package. Staff was great. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay and will come back. - Location was great.   Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff.   It was only for 1 night. It was supposed to be me and my boyfriend but he couldn't go so it ended up being a friend girl instead. The hotel is very nice. Bed was very comfortable. I didn't need to request anything so I had no contact with the staff besides check in/check out and that was very fast.
