  Pillows were excellent. I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Ashville, nc and the pillows were small, flat and uncomfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was acceptable. - The beds were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and they had no problem when I asked for extra towels, soap, etc. (teenager slept in and we missed cleaning... what people say » service).
