Check in was efficient and quickly completed. The room was great; the rate was good; the parking lot for our car was lighted well; breakfast was excellent; transport to the cruise ship was expeditious. Pickup after the cruise was also well done. Will recommend and stay again. -

We had a room with two very comfortable queen beds. The room was very spacious. Extra sofa bed if needed. Nice desk and chair for computer work. Bar area with sink and a fridge. Very , very clean, comfortable, quiet and an excellent large flat screen tv. Free breakfast in the morning with lots of choices , parking was ample and convenient, very friendly staff. Would stay again for sure.

I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus. Selling wine to take on our cruise was a nice surprise! -

Amazing view!! The tiki bar is great and the staff was so friendly. They actually upgraded my room and let me check in really early. The room was beautiful, and extremely clean. One of your employees, Tim, at the valet counter out front absolutely made our one day stay a complete success. As a stop over before Key West, Tim arranged our transportation to a perfect restaurant he recommended. He also saved the day when our rental car fell through the next morning. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!

our host, Jorge was really on the ball as far as keeping in contact with us on our way there, since our flight was very delayed. He was very professional and accomodating the whole time. They just couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. We liked the rooms. Getting to the ship was very easy and well organized.
