  Staff was friendly. I aked if the room was clean. She said yes. And the room was clean. Price was reasonable, particularly if you are specifically looking to sleep somewhere reasonably priced, It's located on Route 13 and took me directly into Seaford for the festival about 40 minutes down the highway.   everyone was extremely polite and helpful. the breakfast was a pleasant plus..very good. - Staff was nice. Fitness room was adequate. Price was right with discount.
