Parking in front of the hotel allowed us to bypass valet one night otherwise the valet fee is $20. Breakfast was very nice too and they provided a lot of variety. - Location to 16th Street Mall.   We loved the lounge bar with such an incredible view, we had a really good time staying at the Hyatt regency and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and modern. We stayed only one night but we would come back, for sure. - We liked the convenience to downtown area.
