The hotel was beautiful with a large atrium with waterfalls and small pools, even Koi. The breakfast area was very large and the buffet breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Wow! We had an incredible stay! The week before we had stayed at the
Broadmoor. The customer service at the Academy Hotel was on the same
par, and the atmosphere was great. My husband and I work in tourism and

Absoulty everything except I think check out should be 24 hours from the
time you check in.. It's a bit unfair to only allow you to check in
at 4 and you have to check out by 11 ... That's 5 hours if time paid
for but not allowed to use.. Other than that we loved it . We usualy
stay 2/3 times a month at a hotel (motel 6 and quality) the later of
the 2 we will never stay again and 6 for the price it was a good 1 but
it's hit or miss with things like the air working or haveing a
microwave or frid
