  The hotel is located on the edge of old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs so it was close to everything we wanted to see. It is an older hotel that has recently been remodeled. We had a kitchenette and a carport with our room. - It was above my expectations. The king bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast is from 0730 to 0900.
