I wrote it down and then lost it. I wish I could present her name. I had a wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the hotel is for business travelers not so much for vacationers.

  My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.

  Friendly staff that were very helpful in all the matters. one person at the front desk and the driver got a bit impatient at times. Perfectly set next to the big shoppingmall Lenox and just a short walk to the subway. An extra bonus with the courtesy car if you want a drive within 2 miles. Good gym facilities and the concierge level had excellent... what people say » breakfast and evening snacks for free. We had a late flight back to Europe and they let us have the room until 4pm without extra cost. Fabulous. - The most comfortable pillows and a clean bathroom. Very friendly staff and well equipped gym as well. Felt very comfortable, safe and the hotel was well kept. Only extremely minor signs of wear from hotel guests. There were a few scratches at the bottom of the bed and bottom of the desk but just normal wear and tear.
