We loved the Deerfield Lodge. The owners, Robin and Eric, were terrific hosts to us and our pooch. The hotel is so clean and beautifully decorated. We sat at the fire pit nightly and were always offered wine and our pooch a treat! It is walking distance to the lake and downtown. We loved the Deerfield Lodge so much, we're going back in a month

Abbey was a great resource for info about Lake Tahoe. She helped us know many different things to do. The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect, close to everything. We enjoyed the free bottle of wine and extra treats in the room. The site has a nice patio area for visiting and relaxing.

Great location - walking distance to Heavenly Village. Kitchen included a crockpot, electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator, and everything else you could possibly need. The patio by the pool included very nice gas grills and clean grilling tools. -

Great facilities for the price, a mom 'n pop motel, relaxed and comfy, good location close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Close to the scenic areas we like to return to. Courteous but unobtrusive staff. Plan to stay there again in the fall, or anytime we're at South Lake Tahoe. -

The room was clean with fresh linen and the heater was more than
adequate. Everything looked new, from the windows to the floor. The
price was very good for its location, the ihop voucher was a nice touch
and the staff was genuinely friendly . We ventured behind the front
building where the themed rooms and wedding chapel were located and
found them to be a delightful surprise: We laughed out loud when came in
