  Very convenient and spacious rooms - more than sufficient. We went to Pillar Point Harbor and had a great dinner and then also breakfast - really nice. A very down-to-earth slice of life place on the California coast - Ocean View gets points for being near by and sending us there. - The coziness and the appeal of the Inn. Room size was very big... what people say » and inviting with sofa and coffee table. Room also nice and clean. Big deck for coffee also included in the room.

  The Hayes Valley Inn is located in a wonderfully eclectic neighborhood with a number of interesting shops and galleries. I much preferred my stay, here, to staying downtown in the Union Square area, where most of the "tourist' hotels are located. The price $67.00/night was unbelievable!
