Great experience start to finish. The online concierge was very
responsive. Not only arranged for early check-in, texted to tell us the
room was ready. Apartment was spotless. Granite & stainless kitchen.
Free wifi. Building was beautiful -- be sure to check the view from the
rooftop deck. All for the same price (or less!) than a hotel. Dozens

The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed, appealing and
comfortable. The price was reasonable and the location was wonderfully
close to the attractions we wanted to see. The rooftop courtyard was a
nice bonus - we could see a number of recognizable memorials /
attractions from it. The parking took a couple fo turns around the block
before I identified it, but the parking staff were excellent. Also, the
parking price was one of the best for the accomodations I considered.

This hotel was very convenient because it is next door to the Metro (Farragut West). It is also close enough to the National Mall to walk to the Museums. The staff was very helpful and stored my luggage for the last day so I could attend the Inauguration ceremonies. I also liked the free business center with a computer and printer. - Free wirele

Location is fabulous for restaurants and subway access, parking in garage over Farragut North. A bit hard to find breakfast on Sunday. I also liked the water bottles.

I found the staff to be some of the most helpful and friendly people we
have ever met. One of the managers, Cindy, treated our family like we
were vip. It was such a pleasure to stay there. After reading the
reviews on TripAdvisor we booked and asked for certain things based on
what we read. The manager was quick to reply and made certain everythi

1. Location to public transportation. 2. Proximity to the national mall.
3. Historic area of Alexandria. 4. Two meals a day (!). 5. Strong
police presence @ Metro/Amtrak/DASH. 6. Availability of three
computers (I didn't bring my laptop) 7. You had many amenities
available which we did not utilize. 8. I wouldn't hesitate

It's about 3 blocks away from the Metro which made it very easy getting to all tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen with us. I didn't find a supermarket close by, by CVS next door had many choices for us to make sandwiches to bring with us to our tours.
The front desk was very nice as well as the rest of the staff.

Everything, the staff were always pleasant everywhere, check in, valet parking, breakfast attendants and room cleaning, always lovely. The location was perfect too. We had a room with a kitchenette and this was a nice roomy area to spread out in. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to DC!
