  My husband and I were bumped from a flight at dca at 11:30 pm on June 10th. We had been traveling all day and needless to say, we were tired and stressed. I fortunately found the Courtyard Arlington online and we were able to get a room on short notice.   Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy. The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road in front of the hotel. The pool was small but I loved that there was a lifeguard and being able to sit and relax and not worry about my kids being in a huge pool by themselves.

  We always stay at this hotel since we come to Arlington every month. It is a friendly, well located and eco friendly hotel. I especially like the pool and renovated gym. When I mentioned that it was my granddaughter's birthday and she was staying in our room, we received a delicious chocolate dessert and sparkling cider for her. This is a very special hotel and the staff is very professional. - Food in the restaurant is excellent. Location is central to Arlington, close to the metro station and also close to some good restaurants.
