  My partner and I were in New York to get Married. The staff could not have been more helpfull than they were. I liked the fact that if I asked a member of staff a question and they did not deal with that department they would find someone that did and get right back to us .All the staff were happy and smilling most of thie time. Room prices are lower than Manhattan rates without service being compromised. Small and intimate restaurant is staffed by friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable was similar to other Hilton's. We would certainly make this hotel a base for future New York visits.

The staff was super accommodating an genuinely nice and there is a gourmet coffee/tea bar in the lobby with lovely fresh backed goods for the morning.

  This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views. Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!
