I would like to personally thank GM Mike for helping us out with an issue.
Also Mike noticed that our bikes were sitting next to the car and moved them inside hotel in the middle of the night to make sure they're safe. Amazing service! -

The comfort and style of the Inn is amazing and the friendliness of the staff here was brilliant. Even with the free in-house baked cookies lol. A small but cozy room with a fantastic view and a handy location to the waterfront as well as BART for the city and other areas. I liked the oversized bathroom and the oversized tub. I liked that the toilet was separate and I liked the huge shower. The vanity mirror was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! We also had a beautiful view of the water with a little patio area to sit and watch the sunset. The free breakfast was ok. The coffee was awesome

First, I found that staying in Alameda as opposed to San Francisco, our destination, was not a bad idea at all. Parking is available and included. The room was spacious and clean. The building itself is old and shows some wear, but it is clear the owners take pride in their facility. The paint, furnishings, and carpet were clean and all looked like brand new. The bed was quite comfortable and the location was great. Several good resturants within easy walking distance. Great balcony with patio furnishings. -

ALSO LIKED THAT THE BUTTERCUP RESTAURANT WAS OPEN FOR BREAKFAST. THE RESTAURANT AT THE NEARBY JACK LONDON INN DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 10:00 AM.
