Clean rooms, friendly staff, shuttle that takes you all over Chattanooga. The property is really lovely, quaint and historic. Grounds are well maintained. Quiet too. The history, gardens and trains were awesome. As soon as I open the lobby door and walked into the lobby I felt that I had entered a magical place. The wonderful old bar made me think the Great Gatsby era. I dined in the Garden cafe, the food was great. The grounds were beautiflu. I could go on and on. The Choo Choo was the nicest surprise I've had in a long long time !

Each bedroom is part of a cottage you walk in and they have a shared

Everyone was very kind and so friendly! I made the mistake of booking the night after our actual arrival and we were pleasantly surprised that the owner let us stay in a suite instead of a room as booked at the same rate. The food was fantastic! Very private! We can't wait to return!
