  Location, price, clean, rooms fairly large, at least our's was. Large mall right across street with every thing you could possibly need. Close to all attractions but need car. - great location and excellent value. Rooms were very clean. Hotel itself is older and rundown but was surrounded by upscale areas.

  nice staff. good price. good room.was a bit nervous about the area, but close to where I wanted to be and all turned out great! room was clean, had lots of room, two king beds, internet, cable t.v. and parking right next to our door. - The room worked for us.

  Anna, the manager, is kind & goes the extra mile! She upgraded our room without charging. Prior to arriving & checking in our second time, the nice guy at the front desk put the air conditioner on in our room so that when we arrived the room was already cool & also had the TV on.
