The staff was excellent!!! The desk manager was very pleasant and helpful, as my luggage did not arrive on the flight, and he arranged for the shuttle to take me to the airport several times in order for me to retreive my luggage!!! staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and

The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional; very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room we had was on the 8th floor with a kitchenette; amazing 180 degree views of Manhattan. I liked that the hotel's location was only 3 or 4 blocks away from
the subway. The bed was fabulous, king size. I couldn't get up
early enough because of it. The view I had on the fifth floor room 501
