  Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. They are naturals for the hospitality business, and they also work very hard to take excellent care of guests. 2.   The place was amazing. I was very surprised didn't think it would be thatd nice for the price it was. Super clean great look nice beds. Over all one of the best places I ever stayed Charles and I stay at the home woods suits in westbury/ carlplace - Close to JFK airport. Breakfeast and light dinner included in price.
