Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.

Another plus is the breakfast, very good with many options from waffles and muffins to fruits and yogurt, juices, coffee, just great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, good customer service! The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.

They upgraded our room from the letsbookhotel.com reservation because we were there for 5 days. When we checked out, the fee had been calculated on the higher price of the upgrade. The management was very helpful and prompt in reversing the extra charges

1) They were able to check us in 2 hrs. early, 2) friendly staff 3) met our maid and she even supplied us with rags to clean the car windows when she saw us struggling with napkins 4) clean, comfortable room 5) free WIFI and HBO (yay).
