  Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! Make sure you go up to Vertigo for dinner or a drink - ... what people say » absolutely amazing views of Bangkok and the food/drinks are so good! I have no complaints about anything at all for the hotel and couldn't recommend i - the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent. the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

  - very spacious and nice room we chose a two-bedroom apartment for my family and it was so worth it - complete equipment for living there, ovens, washers and everything. feel convenient just like your home - close to the BTS chong nonsi station - nice neighborhood, restaurants and bars around that you can walk to. - The Spa is very nice, the Spa'... what people say » s stuff very friendly. The gym is fantastic and one of the main reasons why I choose this place over other hotels. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and the room cleaning service is immaculate.

  beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff. Clean nice room. I recommend this hotel, one of the best i have stayed at.

  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent.   The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent.
