Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand).   As a family traveling with a 15month old, the two bedroom apartment walking out to the pool (room 101) we hired was ideal. Some of the rooms located closer to the carpark can be more noisy. There are two beaches located nearby. Surin beach is the closer, and cleaner, whilst Bang Tao is a further walk.   We only stayed for one night on our way to Koh Phi Phi. The rooms were nice and relaxing after being on a long plane ride. The food was good. We did not get a massage or visit the spa. - Very friend staff and fast services. Great value for money.

First of all staff were very hospitable, as we were in our honey moon we were upgraded to especial honey moon room which had a big balcony + Jacuzzi and also another balcony with different view.
