  The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand).   Had a great stay for 9 nights from the 1st Feb in the SM resort. I booked a suite in the 6th floor with balcony and was very large with a great design . Also benefited of a rooftop sunbathing terrace. Breakfast was ok , same as you find in other hotels . A supermarket next door which is handy. A pool in the hotel which I used once . A 15 -20 minut... what people say » e walk to the centre of Patong or a 5 min taxi ride away . Which all cost 200 THB which can add up during your holiday . Overall , I would stay there - Hotel is value for money..staff is friendly especially iris..was such a helpful n cheerful person..kudos to her n all the staff there for making it a pleasant stay for me and my friends..well done

  Location was excellent. Quiet for relaxation and a good night sleep. Yet a few minutes walk leads to the busy life of bangla rd. Shops is less than 5 minutes walk. Very convenient.
