And, - A very relaxing and well designed Thai style garden which has four houses. The whole garden is full with green, birds, flowers. Several open air relaxing areas enable you to sit down and talk with others. I had a very joyful and relaxing stay at Santitham guest house. The housekeeping lady makes the room and bathroom very clean and with a good smell. Very cute and friendly dog and cat add more. Really didn't want to leave after 5 days stay.

  My Daughter And Myself Hsd A Fabulous 5 Days Staying At The Grand Wipanan, And From The Service at The front Desk, To Our Room, Swimming Pool, Gym, Breakfast Everything Was Excellent. We were a little wary because it was new in town but we were amazed at how clean it was, friendly and helpful the staff was. It was away from the hub of activity CM is known for but songtaos are still readily available and it was easy to navigate shopping and medical appointments from this location. We will definitely go again!!!

  We really enjoyed our stay in Sakorn Residence. We had a really big room with a big king size bed, a big balcony, a nice bathroom with a big shower and a safe and fridge in our room. For breakfast, you have to choose from 5 set menus instead of a buffet, - We had the 2 bedroomed apartment and it was huge! It was beautifully clean and modern and in great condition. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the town it is very handy for the great restaurants by the river (we ate at 3 of them) and is in a quiet area so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. Fantastic place to stay.

  I enjoyed my stay very much! My room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the shower was absolutely amazing, compared to all the other showers I've used in Thailand! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is definitely worth a try! The location was perfect. There are so many cool things to do in Chiang Mai so make sure to plan your trip b - We have stayed here for three nights. Guest house is realy close to the city center, rooms are nothing special but realy good for the price we paid (we were only sleeping there). In the room there are moscito nets on the window (nice for all of us who have good blood). The owner is realy friendly and helpful. He booked us a van to Pai, elephant farm and he called us a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to go to the airport. I would recommend Cumpun guest house to all of you who are looking

  If you are traveling along and need to meet other gay people, or just nice people, this is a great place. The bar crowd downstairs is local and usually a bit older, but met some lovely people and had some great conversations. And the accommodation is fine and excellent value for money.
