  On arrival we were met by the owner of the apartment and our first impressions were excellent despite a climb of 86 steps up a steep staircase to the top floor.   The staff, especially Justyna, the manager, were extremely helpful. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines. Overall, an extremely enjoyable stay and w - The unit we are staying called Amigos. It is perfect for family with young children. My kids enjoy the toys and game console which came with the apartment. It is also easy to buy groceries for cooking as shop is nearby. The area is so lively at night. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

  It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Also the apartment was in a great location, on a fairly main road less than a 10 min walk from the main market square but not right on the square which meant it wasn't too noisy. The - Our trip to Poland was made all the more enjoyable by our visit to Krakow and our stay in this apartment. It offers comfort, views and a great location with easy access to the old historic town. The owners were great to deal with - very friendly and approachable and very attentive to our needs. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and modern. It contains everything you could possibly ask for. We highly recommend this outstanding accommodation to everyone.

The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square.   Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room 710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe. We had a couch and coffee table, a small fridge, hob and sink, a small pan and frying pan ... what people say » plus complimentary coffee, milk etc however we opted for B&B. The shower room was, as the rest of the apartment, tastefully decorated and it had a - Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street. Very efficient heating system and spotlessly clean.The staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful. We also

  We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. We used a translator in our room, & the staff was ever so kind enou - We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel. We were not dissapointed. The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile. The breakfast area was modern, clean. The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well. The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently. The hotel is a little way out from the main attractions but this
