  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night. Take a cab for 15-20z... what people say » loty. Overall an amazing town in the mountains. Plan to wait driving as the streets are very busy during peak hours. Worth every penny though! Will ho - We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.

The apartments are very clean and modern in an excellent central location. Look no further if its the flexibilty of an apartment you're after. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square.   Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room 710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe. We had a couch and coffee table, a small fridge, hob and sink, a small pan and frying pan ... what people say » plus complimentary coffee, milk etc however we opted for B&B. The shower room was, as the rest of the apartment, tastefully decorated and it had a - Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street. Very efficient heating system and spotlessly clean.The staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful. We also

  The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room.   The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception. I was originally worried about the shared bathroom, but the ladies' shower area was completely spotless and it was no problem at all. Location is also good and you can hop on the number 8 tram to get to Market Square in 10-15 minutes.
