Excellent service provided by very friendly staff who work on the reception. If you have any questions before you arrive they are very quick to respond by email. The apartments are very clean and modern in an excellent central location. Look no further if its the flexibilty of an apartment you're after. A mini supermarket across the square will cater for your needs while a range of cafes and restaurants are literally next door. Fab stay thanks.
all reviews » The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes. Great views of the old market square, great location next to the smallest church in the square. You do however get a little noise through the night as people come and go to the nightspots. If you wanted complete silence and no view you could request an apartment not overlooking the square. This is a minor issue and not something the apartments can do much about themselves. Nothing. Due to the location you have to consider some noise from the square ? But this was not a problem . Maybe the window catches could be improved to seal the windows better.? Still great visit . We were staying on the 4th floor, noise level from the apartment above was annoying, I know you can say the same about staying in a hotel room or anywhere else but there seemed to be a 2 night party going on!! Annoying to say the least when you have a young baby with you. The top rooms, the suites, don't have the big picture windows that the superior rooms do so not as good a view of the market square. Didn't have a full size refrigerator. The only thing we would add would be a safe in the apartment to store valuables. nothing. The sofabed was hard and not that comfortable. Everything is perfect. Nothing it was fab!. The unreliable lift which was not working for two periods during our 3 day stay. This was especially inconvenient as one malfunction meant we had to carry cases down from the third floor. The television didn't work, and the staff were slow in calling an engineer, who effected only a temporary repair. nothing to complain about. N/A. Sometimes keeping the window open the apartment could be noisy. Not Applicable. Be prepared to wheel your bag through rough cobalt street as the closest taxi can drop you is a few hundred meters away - nothing that the hotel can do about as this is a city council decision. The noise outside from tourists who could not act civilised after having a lot to drink!. History ( but important to know it). Some sales people were rude. Was only one armchair in apartment even though 2 people staying. One had to you kitchen chair. TV was difficult to us but didn't really use the TV anyway. Our air conditioner did not work so well. The apartment was warm at times and the a/c did not blow air very hard. N/a. Small sofabed for 2 children. nothing. nothing. Toilet/wc could be cleaner. booked 2-rooms 1 with 4 people and 1 with 2 people, decided to have 3-people for room as bothed had 1 bathrooom was charged for the extra bed. no moans. Couldnt fault a single thing. 4 adults staying in one room as adults is far from ideal should have been famley room not for two couples. Location is a disaster if you value your sleep and have a room at the front overlooking the square. The music and street partying continues until the early morning. Bring earplugs. Felt sorry for the cleaners in the square early on Sunday morning. small reception.
