  The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... what people say » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner.   Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room 710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe. The shower room was, as the rest of the apartment, tastefully decorated and it had a - Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street.
