  The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.

  The staff were generally very helpful both at reception and in the bar. One example of this, we'd had trouble booking a hire car with a well known company and so turned to the reception for help. They called a company on our behalf and we had a hire car brought to the hotel for a cheaper price than that quoted with the more well known firms (where... what people say » we would have to collect it from the airport or their offices). - Hotel rooms are very cozy also are supplied with all necessary things (hair dryer, conditioner, heater, tv, inter-net, etc.). Hotel is located very close to the big shopping centre (Krakow Gallery), to Railway- station and historical Old Town. Friendly unostentatious staff and excellent value for money!

  The location of the hotel was superb, five minutes from the centre of the old town and lots of bars and restaurants, five minutes from a very large and modern shopping centre, and walking distance from the vibrant jewish quarter. great location for the departure of the tours to auswich and the salt mines and a very good traditional polish restaura... what people say » nt two doors down. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.

  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them, ... what people say » around 2.40 zloty per person and you are in the old town in las than 5min.
