The staff were generally very helpful both at reception and in the bar. One example of this, we'd had trouble booking a hire car with a well known company and so turned to the reception for help. They called a company on our behalf and we had a hire car brought to the hotel for a cheaper price than that quoted with the more well known firms (where we would have to collect it from the airport or their offices).
all reviews » Hotel rooms are very cozy also are supplied with all necessary things (hair dryer, conditioner, heater, tv, inter-net, etc.). Hotel is located very close to the big shopping centre (Krakow Gallery), to Railway- station and historical Old Town. Friendly unostentatious staff and excellent value for money!. Staff at reception is very helpful on providing sightseeing or travel information. Design of the hotel is simple but stylish. The restaurant at lobby is also excellent, with nice pasta and grills which we ate there three times during our stay. Overall, good value for money. It was very clean and very silent, although in a huge intersection by the train station. Location was very good, 5 min walk from the touristic center, close to train station and big mall. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The price was very good. We were very satisfied. The staff are excellent and helpful and can arrange anything you like to see and do. One staff member in particular "gregory" (I cant spell his name in polish) gave us all the information we needed upon arrival and booked all our tours for us over the next couple of days. it was a great experience staying there. the staff was really helpful. the hotel is in a very good location next to the train station , near a mall and five minutes walk from the old city. the best part was the delicious breakfast, worth the price. :D. We loved the location, close to the town, very close to the train station that we needed to get to the airport. The breakfast was great, very big choice of continental, Polish, traditional meals. Good value for money, very close to train station and also less than 5 min by tram to the old town. The hotel is modern, clean and very near the train station. Perfect location for travel by train and sightseeing. The reception. The pillows were quite thin and we only had one each (I was able to get one more pillow from reception). I found the bed a bit hard for my tastes but some people I travelled with thought it was OK. Absence of a teapot in number. Location wise it's a bit far from old town. It's fine to walk about 10-15 min to get to the heart of old town in good weather, but it was all chilly and snowy when we stayed. Of course, bus / tram stops are right outside of the hotel and you can choose to catch public transport. It's also about 800km from the hotel to the train station or shopping mall, which is farther than expected (well, again, probably because of the weather). No fridge, no water boiler to borrow. The rooms are very small and basic. The beds are ok but the pillows were old and uncomfortable. The bathroom is so small you need to sit on the toilet seat almost sideways as the shower door is on one side. The breakfast was disappointing and not worth its extra price. Nothing. Everything fine. Two pillows would be great :). It`s an ikea style hotel, but we have no complaints. For the price, maybe the breakfast could have been included, 10€ extra doesn't sound so right. Pillows felt little cheap. Bathroom was on the small side (but this is really nit picking). My wife was served mushroom to which she is allergic after being told there was no mushroom in the dish. Food and drink prices a bit high for a 'budget' hotel when compared to other outlets locally. I would have liked to have been a bit closer to the Rynek, but did appreciate the proximity to the tram line. The breakfast buffet was convenient, but a bit pricey. there is nothing what I didnt like . Cold coffee late at breakfast, when I asked for a hot version I was told I would habe to p[ay extra for a cup from the bar??? Def not good customer relations, very disappointed. :-(. -you must additionally pay for parking place -only one towel for person in room. Nothing. A fridge would be usefull. No negatives for us. Basic wifi internet was terrible. Upgrade to the premium service or buy a 3G sim card. There is no kettle (they don't even have one for us to borrow). No safety box in the room. No comment. No breakfast included. No fridge in room. Small but nice rooms. I have no negative comment. Pillows and too hot in room. some staff doesn't welcome with clients. Cost of breakfast. Additional payments, making offer not comparable to other hotels (breakfast not included; internet connection at full pace additionally paid !). None. Nothing. Room was too small, breakfast too expensive and not very good. Bar food and drink overpriced . No room service for food. The hotel should include breakfast with the price of the room. It is quite a long walk to the centre of the city however there are buses available. Twice expensive comparing with similar class hotel in Wroclaw. Bathroom... needs to be a little bit more "human"... The reception staff did a wrong authorization of money from my credit card. My bank blocked the same price twice. Now I am trying to unblock the sum for the third day! Thank you, Ibis! I will never stay at your hotel again.
