  The owners Gavin and Wendy were very friendly and available for any assistance. The price was very reasonable for the apartment which was large, roomy and had all the luxuries of home; gas stove, fridge, full set of cooking utensils, tv and spacious bedrooms. The TV channels are best I've seen in NZ, paying a little extra for a sea view room is a must, and the free WiFi is definitely a bonus. Dunedin is quite a boring town, but the very remote beach at Sandfly Bay, 20 mins by car was well worth the visit. The views from the front of this hotel are magnificent.

Helpful but unobtrusive owners and even a cute cat.

  I liked the decor and that it was matching, and not bitsy. Didn't take long to heat up the room. Having the extra tv channels was good. - the rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. heater was great and didn't take long to heat up. very comfy beds :)

  I have to say that the staff member who served me on the Tuesday morning he was extremely helpful and such a friendly guy. Will defintely be staying there next time I am in Dunedin quite abit as my oldest is in Uni and I vist often. Fab place, fab location. 2min walk you at cafes, shops etc.... - 1. The apartment had plenty of space and two decent bathrooms. The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends. It is so handy to the Octagon and in terms of graduation this was ideal.
