  On a two way street so easy to get in and out of, good parking. Close to the city centre, close to main road in and out of town, close to the gardens, museums etc. A good motel to stay a week in as they have good cooking facilities. Friendly staff.   An all round lovely say. All of the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room was comfortable and clean with great facilities. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dunedin and recommend to my friends and colleagues. - Lovely welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location... what people say » and the room was very nice and very clean.   We only stayed here over night but filled our requirements adequatelty so we has very little involvement with a lot of the facilities.   We stayed with 4 people in a very spacious three-bedroom unit. Tons more space than you get in newly built motels, and a proper kitchen, all for a reasonable price. Also very close to the central city and the university, but quiet. The decor is a bit old fashioned but I'd rather have that than a price rise, and it's perfectly comfortable and funct... what people say » ional. The staff were very helpful. - Our two bedroom unit was set well back from the road and was not only comfortable but also very quiet. While there I discovered that one of my lens filters had shattered. When I asked the owner if I could borrow a vacuum cleaner to get the remains out my camera bag she insisted on doing the job for me!

  I have to say that the staff member who served me on the Tuesday morning he was extremely helpful and such a friendly guy. Will defintely be staying there next time I am in Dunedin quite abit as my oldest is in Uni and I vist often. Fab place, fab location. 2min walk you at cafes, shops etc.... - 1.   We had such a lovely relaxing stay. Perfect location for parents who have their children living in nearby flats. The lady on the reception on the Sunday when checking out, was very professional and friendly. The motel has a lovely feel about it - very clean and updated.
