An all round lovely say. All of the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room was comfortable and clean with great facilities. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dunedin and recommend to my friends and colleagues. Lovely welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and the room was very nice and very clean. I received a complimentary upgrade - not sure why, but it was fabulous :). Excellent value for money, will definitely be making this my regular Dunedin hotel.

Our motel room facilities had recently been re-vamped, so everything nice and clean, and fab big bathroom. Thanks for a nice stay. The who;e experience was so friendly and helpful. These people even let us (3 couples) have the free use of one room of the rooms the following day as we were all leaving for the airport at different times. Real southern hospitality!. The location was perfect for enjoying the city of Dunedin - shops, cafes, restaurants, live theatre, artgallery - and my daughter's graduation!! The studio room was warm, bed was comfortable - clean, excellent service. Very central in the city to walk everywhere to cafes and shops. Nice new design in the interior, very comfortable. Dunedin is a great destination, with wonderful architecture and history and a good vibe. Staff welcoming, comfortable units, cleanliness, comfortable reception area, bag storage for pm transfer to airport, use of breakfast room for a coffee prior to airport transport. Incredibly friendly and warm people, plus a top location near the Octagon but quiet. What else can you ask for? Loved the option of an inexpensive simple breakfast. Thank you!. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful & efficient. The studio facility suited our needs exactly. The position is great, walking distance to everything we needed. We loved the city, being compact and the the old architecture. Enjoyed a trip on the Teiri Gorge Train, and Otago Peninsula. Loved the many restaurants available in the city. Nothing. city noise can be intrusive. The bed was pretty hard! had a sore back after sleeping on it. Sky sports channel was on the fritz. Noisy on Saturday night. One set of cleaners wouldn't wait for us to finish a meal in our room before they stared working. no SKy TV, No hob for Cooking. Nothing. Nothing in particular. The pillows were way too soft & thin,not supportive. The room was very cold when we arrived and one heater in room did not work while the other took some time to heat it up then it was fine. Limited parking. Tight parking. Lighting. No bedside lamp.Had to get out of bed to turn light off. It needs a few more kitchen facilities if it is going to call itself a motel. nothing. No bedside lamp for reading.
